During the initial launch of our new website a number of activation emails containing login instructions were not received by our members. Please see below a number of tutorials to assist with access to our member's portal.

I did not receive an email containing my username and password/login invitation.

  1. Please check your junk mail or spam filter as it may have been stopped by your email system.
  2. If you are not able to locate an email in your junk/spam folder, please attempt to Reset your Password.
  3. If you're still unable to retrieve login information for the member's portal, please contact us by emailing websupport@raa.asn.au and we will troubleshoot the issue and provide you with access as soon as possible. Please ensure your email contains the following:
    • Your name and RAAus membership number.
    • Whether you have attempted to reset your password using the below instructions.
    • Your email address (if emailing from an alternate email address).

My password doesn't work

  1. Please review the following common errors when inputting your password into our login portal:
    • Passwords are case-sensitive, it is important to use the appropriate upper and lower case letters when attempting to log in.
    • Passwords can contain a mixture of letters, numbers and symbols. Occasionally the automatic generated passwords can be mistaken and entered incorrectly, to avoid this:
    • Copy and pastet the paste the password from the email to the login screen. Please ensure that when copying and pasting, an additional space before or after the password is not included when attempting to log in.
  2. If you're still unable to access the member's portal, please contact us by emailing websupport@raa.asn.au and we will troubleshoot the issue and provide you with access as soon as possible. Please ensure your email contains the following:
    • Your name and RAAus membership number
    • Whether you have attempted to reset your password using the below instructions
    • Your email address (if emailing from an alternate email address).

 

How to reset your password

 

  1. Go to https://members.raa.asn.au/login
  2. Click on the "reset password" link.
  3. Enter your email address and click "send".
    • Please ensure you are entering the email address associated with your records on our database; entering an alternate email address will not ammend our records.
  4. You will receive an email from websupport@raa.asn.au
  5. Click on the link in the email to reset your password titled "click on this link"
  6. Once redirected to the reset password page, enter your preferred password and select "Save Password".
  7. Your password should have been updated successfully, please attempt to login using your new password.

 

How to report an issue with the website or your access to the website

Due to the volume of emails received my our office, please ensure your email to websupport@raa.asn.au contains the following:

  • Your name and RAAus membership number.
  • Whether you have attempted to reset your password using the instructions above.
  • Your email address (if emailing from an alternate email address).
  • Details of the issue to be resolved.

How to copy and paste

 

  1. Highlight the text you wish to copy.
  2. Right-click the highlighted text and select "Copy" from the menu.
  3. Right-click within the field you wish to enter this information and select "Paste".

 

How to take a screenshot

Windows/PC

  1. Press the "PrtScn" key which will copy an image of your screen to the computer's clipboard.
  2. Paste the copied image into Paint or another image-editing program and save it.

Mac

  1. Press Command+Shift+4
  2. Move the crosshair pointer to a corner where you would like to start the screenshot.
  3. Drag to select an area.
  4. When you've selected the area you want, release your mouse or trackpad button.
  5. Find the screenshot as a file on your desktop.

 

How to clear cache/history

In most web-browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies and history:

Windows/PC

  1. Press Crtl+Shift+Delete on your computer's keyboard simultaneously.

Mac

  1. Choose the preferences menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Privacy
  3. Click "Remove all website data" - alternatively, select which data you wish to remove.
