Member Login Help

If you are having issues with the website or your access to the member’s portal, please see the information below before getting in touch with us:

I did not receive an email containing my username and password/login invitation.

1.     Please check your junk mail or spam filter as it may have been blocked by your email system.

2.     If you are not able to locate an email in your junk/spam folder, please attempt to Reset your Password.

3.     If you're still unable to retrieve login information for the member's portal, please contact us at:                                                                             members@raaus.com.au and we will troubleshoot the issue and provide you with access as soon as possible. Please                                       ensure your email contains the following:

o   Your name and RAAus membership number.

o   Whether you have attempted to reset your password using the below instructions.

o   Your email address (if emailing from an alternate email address).

 

My password doesn't work

o   Passwords are case-sensitive, it is important to use the appropriate upper and lower case letters when attempting to log in.

o   Passwords can contain a mixture of letters, numbers and symbols. The best way to ensure the password is entered correctly is to copy         and paste it from the email

How to reset your password

    

1.      Go to https://members.raa.asn.au/login

2.     Click on the "reset password" link.

3.     Enter your email address and click "send"

4.     Please ensure you are entering the email address associated with your membershipYou will receive an            email from websupport@raa.asn.au

5.     Click on the link in the email to reset your password entitled "click on this link".

6.     Once redirected to the reset password page, enter your preferred password and select "Save                          Password".

7.     Your password should have been reset successfully. Please login using your new password.

 

How to report an issue with the website or your access to the member portal

If you have any feedback or issues with our website, please email: members@raaus.com.au and ensure your email contains the following:

  • Your name and RAAus membership number.
  • Your email address (if emailing from an alternate email address).
  • Details of the issue to be resolved.
