Thursday 12.00pm to 5.00pm
Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Outside of these hours we provide an emergency service for the reporting of serious accidents which is redirected from our office phone number.


Christmas closure period

RAAus will be CLOSED from 2:00pm Friday 21 December for the Christmas and New Year holiday period, and will reopen at 9:00am Wednesday 2 January.

If members have any membership or aircraft related enquiries that require the assistance of a staff member, please ensure that you make contact with the office prior to December 21.

Online services will not be affected by the closure period and members can continue to renew memberships and aircraft registration via the member portal.
